“Son et lu–miere” workshop is a new form of HRD experiment – training through theater media (conceived and designed by G.S.Lakshmiprasad - Director, HRM Consultants). Real life incidents, communications, conflicts, negotiations and other form of Human interactions picked from the factories, offices and fields are dramatized into 10 to 15 minutes capsules and using Light, Music, Dance and Stagecraft these are then presented on stage by a group of enthusiastic and experienced theatre and profession people.

Each of these episodes is integrated with some important management concepts. Humor and punches interlaced with the dramatic elements makes learning a smooth and unique experience. At certain important junctures the episodes are analyzed and experts synthesize the learning aspects.

The feedback we have received from Organisations, professionals and participants confirm that such presentations make a lasting impact and the message is driven home effectively.

We have already presented over 275 such shows covering more than 80,000 executives, managers, trade union leaders and workers all over India on different themes.
